This property has a highly upgraded kitchen and all living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are recently remodeled with all premium materials and modern amenities. VILLA GRANDE sleeps 4 comfortably in beds and is the perfect getaway retreat or vacation hideaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. GREAT ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING: The spacious open floor plan features a large, comfortable couch, ottoman, a fireplace, coffee table, a work desk, and a large flat screen TV. Wi Fi is included. The fully outfitted gourmet kitchen shows high end cabinets with under cabinet lighting, wine refrigerator, tile backsplashes, new appliances, and gourmet island. This bright and airy space opens both into the dining area and the family room with white water ocean views of the beach and pier. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: This condominium home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom suite has a Cal King bed, flat screen TV & separate closet and dressing area with mirrored closets. The second bedroom offers a full and twin bed with a flatscreen TV and separate closet. OUTDOORS: The white water view from the balcony is breathtaking! A glass of wine at sunset, a light ocean breeze, and you’ll never want to leave! There is also a large community use pool and spa with two community barbecues available for your use during your stay. Surrounded by lush landscaping, there is a direct path from the complex to the beach. This home is not handicap accessible, however, there is a new elevator system. The gated community includes lots of guest parking, covered and uncovered, within the complex. VILLA GRANDE is also located next door to historic Casa Romantica cultural center. MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay. SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home and NO PETS. Guest must have an adult(s) 25 years or older staying at the house during the term of the rental agreement.

San Clemente is a city located in southern Orange County, California. It next to the small coastal town of Dana Point which has one of the few harbors along the Orange County coast, and with ready access via State Route 1 (the famous Pacific Coast Highway or PCH). VILLA GRANDE is located within a hundred yards from the Amtrak Surfliner Train offering easy access to San Diego or Los Angeles.
Our temperate climate is ideal for all outdoor activities including hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, fishing, and horseback riding just to name a select few. For surfers and tourists alike our world renown beaches are all worth exploring. Visit a different beach for every day of the week!
There are ample shopping opportunities. Del Mar Street (Downtown San Clemente) is within walking distance where there’s shopping, antiquing, restaurants, and specialty shops. Historic Dana Point Harbor and Mission San Juan Capistrano are within a 10 minute drive. Within a 30 minute drive in either direction you will find South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island in Newport Beach, and a slew of Outlet Malls in Carlsbad and Oceanside. There are local live theatres, cinemas, museums, petting zoos, and much, much more.
