TRINIDAD TERRACE is a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom, attached single family style home perfectly situated up and away from it all in a quiet little suburban neighborhood in the rolling hills of San Clemente.  Easy access to more than seven public beaches in San Clemente including North Beach, T-Street, and The San Clemente Pier! The retail shops, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants on Del Mar Street exude the charming, relaxed vibe San Clemente is so famous for.  TRINIDAD TERRACE is within a few minute drive to both the Dana Point Harbor and Downtown Mission San Juan Capistrano where you’ll find a plethora of shopping and dining venues and so many other local amenities and attractions.  

TRINIDAD TERRACE sleeps 6 comfortably in beds and is spacious enough to host two couples, a single or multiple family groups.  The layout is very flexible offering a separate office so that you can work from home AND enjoy your holiday! TRINIDAD TERRACE offers an attached 2 CAR GARAGE perfect for two standard sedan style or smaller vehicles. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room where you’ll find plenty of  beach chairs, towels, and a few boogie boards provided for your use.  

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The Primary Bedroom is HUGE! The window seat is perfect for retreating from the day to cozy up with a book and a glass of wine.  The nightstands on either side of the King size have USB ports for easy recharging.  The Primary En Suite offers a double vanity sink, combination tub / shower with a separate toilet alcove and two closets.   

The other 2 bedrooms are also located upstairs.  The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed with nightstands with USB recharging ports.  The third bedroom offers a Twin Trundle bed and crib.  The shared bathroom is located in the third bedroom and features a tub / shower combination, single vanity, with toilet. The here is full bathroom with walk in shower, single vanity, and toilet downstairs next to the office.    

KITCHEN & DINING: This fully outfitted gourmet kitchen has some wonderfully convenient features such as a separate base cabinet for trash, under cabinet lighting, tile backsplashes, newer appliances, and a wine refrigerator. The large pass through to the dining area makes serving meals so easily while offering a bright and cheery view of the backyard and the community pool.  

FAMILY ROOM: This spacious open floor plan features comfortable couch, two side chairs, fireplace, coffee table, and large Flat Screen TV.  The office is located near the front entry but faces the family room.  It offers a credenza size desk and small printer table (printer not supplied). Wi Fi is also included.

OUTDOORS:  Enjoy the perfect San Clemente weather… the renovated courtyard with patio table, chairs, umbrella, and BBQ offer the ideal location for dining al fresco!  The common area landscaping in the front and side of the home are maintained by the association.

MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.  

SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) staying at the house during the term of the lease.

San Clemente is a city located in southern Orange County, California. It next to the small coastal town of Dana Point which has one of the few harbors along the Orange County coast, and with ready access via State Route 1 (the famous Pacific Coast Highway or PCH). 

Our temperate climate is ideal for all outdoor activities including hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, fishing, and horseback riding just to name a select few. For surfers and tourists alike our world renown beaches are all worth exploring.  Visit a different beach for every day of the week! 

There are ample shopping opportunities.  Del Mar Street (Downtown San Clemente) where there’s shopping, antiquing, restaurants, and specialty shops.  Historic Dana Point Harbor and Mission San Juan Capistrano are within a 10 minute drive or less.  Within a 30 minute drive in either direction you will find South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island in Newport Beach, and a slew of Outlet Malls in Carlsbad and Oceanside.  There are local live theatres, cinemas, museums, petting zoos, and much, much more.
