Laguna Beach is only 4 miles wide by 7 miles long and this vacation rental is located right in the center. Main Beach, Woods Cove, and downtown Laguna Beach Village are just a 5 to 10 minute drive. The Laguna Playhouse, Pageant of the Masters, The Sawdust Festival, movie theater, seasonal events, food festivals, surfing and body boarding competitions, dozens of art galleries, and all the other attractions, restaurants, and shopping you'd expect to find in Laguna Beach are also all just minutes away.
During the summer there's a free trolley servicing the Laguna Beach and Dana Point communities. Just a 10 minute drive south you’ll discover the Dana Point Harbor which is only of two ports in Orange County where you can catch the Catalina Express to Catalina Island. The cleaning fee ($350), non-refundable application fee required by the Emerald Bay Homeowners Association ($500) and property damage policy ($59) and pet fee of $10 / night, if applicable, are non refundable. A refundable deposit ($2,000) is required by the HOA and an additional refundable deposit ($1,000) is required by Vacation Concierge. An administrative fee of 4% of the balance charged and the pet fee are deducted from the refundable deposit paid to Vacation Concierge if a credit card has been used for the transaction. The remaining balance will be sent back after check out. ***
